The Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) training course is essential to work in bars, pubs, clubs and hotels with gambling or gaming facilities, i.e poker machines or TAW betting windows.

Duration:	6 Hour Course
Suited To:	RGS training applies to: Licensees Approved managers All staff working in licenced gaming venues Security Officers The NSW RGS course is recognised in all states except Victoria and Queensland.
Course Content:	Legislative framework Gambling Guidelines Strategies to prevent addiction
Assessment:	At the end of the course you are required to successfully complete a written assessment
Outcome:	On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Responsible Gambling Services SITHGAM006A” as part of Certificate II in Hospitality as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate. Certificates are issued same day!
