Every traveller in Australia needs a fixed mailing address. Its essential to set up your Tax File Number, bank account and Medicare (if eligible) and a great way for family to send you letters and parcels.

UltimateOz – the arrival package partner of Travellers Contact Point – provides a fixed mailing address for your entire stay in Australia. For only $75 for 12-months, we will hold your mail for you to collect or scan it to a secure online account. This way you can access your mail anywhere and anytime. Easy!

How it works:

  • Sign-up online or at UltimateOz, Sydney (1 account per person only)
  • Give your Mail Number and address to friends, relatives, bank, tax office, employers, superannuation company etc.
  • When mail arrives at UltimateOz Sydney we will advise you by email. Your letters will be scanned and a notification will be sent to you by email. Your mail will be uploaded to an online account which you can access at any time. If you receive a parcel or unscannable item we will email you with a description of the item. Your item will then be stored safely for you to collect.
  • Mail forwarding – we can forward your mail to any address across Australia (standard postage fees & Cash on Delivery fees apply for parcels).
  • Manage your Mail Service online – download your scanned mail or change your forwarding address

The UltimateOz Mail service is available to backpackers / travellers only, for the purpose of managing personal mail items whilst temporarily in Australia.

  • This service is for individual use only. (1 account per person only). Mail for other persons (i.e friends / partners / spouses) will be automatically returned to sender
  • This service cannot be used to receive internationally redirected mail
  • This service limits forwarding to 5 letters per calendar month
  • This service is not available to Australian residents
  • This service cannot be used for business / commercial purposes
  • UltimateOz reserves the right to open mail that appears to be fraudulent or dangerous.

Mail accounts which violate these terms will be cancelled. Refunds will not be offered.
